Part of the Journey

A loving person
lives in
a loving world.

A hostile person
lives in
a hostile world.

Everyone you meet
is your mirror.

Destiny is not a matter of chance;
It is a matter of choice.
It is not something to be waited for;
It is something to be achieved.

I'm sorry about the previous negative comment. I was out of line and it's none of my business.
Plus, I have read your blogs and you seem like an intelligent person capable of making the right decisions.
Good luck.

Whaaaaat is this all about?

Since we are doing quotes... I have one to add too!

I have learned silence from the talkative, tolerance from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind; yet strangely, I am ungrateful to these teachers”

Khalil Gibran

K... I have no wonderful quote to add... poetry is not something I am good at or seek out often; however, I loved the quote by rainer maria rilke... so beautiful and true! You take the most beautiful of pictures and I hope you have a wonderful week.

Some days, I feel like I'm a loving person surrounded by hostile people. I'm starting to think I may not be as loving as I think...maybe it's just Monday.

Jamie...you are a beautiful person...and I wish I had a quote that was moving and full of wisdom and insight...but...all I have is Jill Conner Browne in my head right now...
"....we are God's Eyes to see the needs of others, Gods'hands to care for one another, God's heart to show love where it's needed. Sometimes, it doesn't come from the places we expect and it doesn't always look the way we expect it to look--but what we need IS there, if we're willing to recognize and receive it."
