In Which Just Jamie Takes a Break...

When your day begins like this, you have a choice.  You can get annoyed at yourself for being clumsy, or perhaps just laugh and let the dog lick it up.  (Damn dog, what good is she anyways?  Miss Fancypants Molly happens to prefer her eggs cooked.)

I've been carrying around some scrambled egg brain for many months now.  Some days I want to share my scrambled thoughts here, some days I want to start a new blog where I can really vent, and some days I fail to have the courage to fake it.  It's time to unscramble, and make sense of these thoughts dancing around in my head.  Until then... please be patient with my absence.

I'm sorry. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

I totally got it. I hope you're ok, and I hope you feel better soon. Me too, by the way.

I hear you - sometimes a secret blog where you can just vent sounds great!

Okay. I'll go wait over there. But I will wait. Patiently. Over there.

Would a night out on Friday with your best blogger buddies help? It can be arranged.

Promise, promise, promise that if you decide to change blogs that you take me with you....I'd miss your wit too much;)

Hang in there!!!!!

Can I tell you I totally get it? I have thought over and over how nice it would be to have a blog that was invitation only. Where I let a few of the people in I "know" and then vent to my heart's content.

Hang in there sweetie, and I too will be waiting your return. Hug on the kiddos, and love on that husband.

We'll talk when you feel like it again! :)

Do it--you can do a 'secret' blog.
I'll miss you but eagerly await your return!
HUGS!

totally get this....even have thought it myself.

thinking of you!

Jason, as himself said...

Did Cheri make you smile? She made ME smile.

If I dropped an egg on that floor, I would just be so giddy that I have that dark wood.

If you ever need to talk with your token gay...you know where to find me.

Honey. You CAN make your life YOUR OWN. You DO get to choose your own...
when you are ready. You DO get to choose.

Loving you. Cracked up and all! Can you still post pictures of the kids? Make it Wordless Weekdays or something!

You should have called; Meg certainly would have eaten the raw egg.

Good luck sorting things out!

Call me, call me, call me, I am here for you and I love scrambled eggs( but could you add cheese and cook them till they are browned, thanks) love you!

Okay, you totally need to come up to my place... I know it's a hike, but then we can talk and talk and talk and drink wine and drink wine and drink wine. Basically my two favorite past-times joined together as one. (Plus the kids can play!) I'm planning one of these afternoons in a few weeks after V-day. I'll call you....

I love scrambled eggs! And I love vents. Why fake it? But I understand, I've been there so often myself. I hope peace and joy take the place of the scrambled eggs soon. (but really, I wouldn't mind a vent)

Oh no, wish you could vent here - do others (friends, family) read this blog? Anyway, hope you find someplace to unscramble your thoughts soon.

Wow! That egg sure looks purdy on that floor....breakfast art!! A bitch to clean up,but, what a great picture!
Oh, James...I do know of what you speak...well, probably not exactly, but, maybe something pretty damn close.
Yeah...me, too....waiting...waaaaaay over here...take as much time as you need...do what you have to do. I'm thinking that scheduled times for good friends (those Bitches could make anyone feel better!), entertaining beverages, and maybe even a day at a spa (or even just a pedi!)...ooh, this is starting to sound good!!
Take care, sweets.

Hi. I'm Krystyn, and I'm scrambled, too! I think it's the working and being a mom thing...plus, you are probably still adjusting to going back to work.

Try to take a day off (work and home)...if you can and get revitalized!

Take your time . . . these breaks are essential. I take them here and there. I also figured out that it was cool to do things when I could and when I wanted instead of when I felt I should.

You take care, you!!!

Awww Jamie.
I completely understand about starting a secret blog.
Then all the people IRL wouldn't know EVRYTHING about me. ;)
Patience is not one of my better virtues.
I will try.

Are you back yet?
