Because Of You...

Because of you millions are inspired to lead their lives with more integrity, appreciating the moments we are given.  Thank you Mr. Pausch, for the life-changing reminders.  I will try to be less of an Eeyore, and more of a Tigger, because of you.

Journey well.

Oh, Jamie.

I am so sad today. And so blessed.

Early this morning, I sent the link to his lecture (Oprah version, my fav) to everyone in my family, and then I re-watched his Last Lecture this morning with Kristen and Laura. We are totally going to be Tiggers today, not Eeyore's. And we are going to do it again tomorrow. And the next day. We are going to celebrate what this man taught us. And when my kids (or any kids) ask me if they can paint their walls? Metaphorically or literally? I'm going to let them do it.

I totally love you Jamie.

Let's go paint some walls together when I'm back in town.

Like Cheri, the Oprah version is my favorite. I plan to share this with my son. If he grows up to be the type of man, father and husband Mr. Pausch IS, I will feel like the luckiest, most blessed mommy in the world.

So bittersweet. Without his illness the world might never have heard his message, yet because of his illness his family is without this amazing man.

So sad for his family!

But, what a legacy to leave to his wife and kids. I'm sure he will be missed.

I badly wanted to do a Pausch post and just felt like I couldn't do him justice. You did.
