Last night I made pancakes for dinner (Thanks Misty for the dinner inspiration). My 8 year-old brother Henry was over for a visit. As we stirred the batter he asked if he could lick the spoon.
I told him, "no." I further explained that raw egg yolks in the batter could make him really sick with salmonella.
He said, "Oh, I forgot. Ask a Mom and you always get worse case scenario."

that is too funny!... plus I don't think raw pancake batter would taste very good
Very witty, that one!
My friend Pam and I always say that we go to the worst case scenario and work our way backwards - HA! Cute story!
Thanks for your continued prayers for our sweet baby - have a great weekend - Kellan

A valid insight.
I've gotta say, I've been eating raw cookie dough for nigh on 44 years now and I'm still standing!

Hi Jamie - Thanks for coming by. Hope you are having a good weekend and I'll see you soon. Kellan
I LOVE breakfast for dinner. Pigs in a blanket is my fave!
Um, doesn't he know you saved him a very painful night of well . . . you know.
He is so cute. I love the name Henry. It must be so nice to have a younger brother and to be close with him too!
Thursday must have been pancake night, as we had them too. Did Misty get that party started or what?
Hope you are having a great weekend!
